Particularly notable is the inclusion of BTS and BLACKPINK, groups that have taken the world by storm, in the OST lineup, drawing immense interest. This film will feature BTS’s “Dynamite” and BLACKPINK’s “Boombayah,” which are expected to enhance the film’s cheerful appeal with their vibrant energy.

The new character in the film, Poppy, is not just a fan of BTS but also a member of their official fan club, ARMY, highlighting the extraordinary status of K-pop artists.

Additionally, Pharrell Williams, who has been involved in all three previous “Despicable Me” series, will once again contribute addictive music that enhances the story’s immersion. Pharrell Williams gained worldwide popularity with “Happy” from “Despicable Me 2,” which topped the Billboard charts for ten consecutive weeks, was nominated for Best Original Song at the 86th Academy Awards, and won at the 57th Grammy Awards. In this film, he will present the rhythmic song “Double Life,” which will dynamically decorate the opening scene where Gru and the Agent Minions attempt to arrest the villain Maxim.

The soundtrack will also be filled with high-quality music from trusted international artists, such as Lil Yachty’s “Lil Mega Minion,” Elton John and Dua Lipa’s “Cold Heart,” and Pitbull’s “Freedom,” raising curiosity about the synergy these songs will create in the film.
